Have the healthiest New Year yet! Join FIT. By Mandi's 2020 January Guide. You will receive a 31-day progressive workout plan equipt with 23 workouts designed by Mandi Kalmon, a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
The January Guide is formulated specifically for beginner to intermediate individuals. It's meant to get you to the gym, become comfortable and confident with exercise equipment, and introduce you to the world of lifting. It entails 4 gym-based workouts each week, along with other healthy lifestyle tips and tricks.
This guide is perfect for you if you answer yes to any of the following:
1. Do you lack motivation and need accountability?
2. Do you go to the gym, but don't know how to lift weights?
3. Have you never lifted weights before?
4. Do you weight train, but don't have an extensive exercise library?
With weekly check-ins with your certified coach (ME!), I will be sure to hold you accountable, give you advice, and answer any questions you may have about health and fitness. I will be completely at your disposal for the duration of the challenge. In addition, you will be able to take everything you've learned during the month to assist you in your future training because this challenge includes 100+ different exercises that cover all parts of your body.
