Upon purchse, you will receive a fitness questionaire so that I can ge to know you in order to create a plan that you can adhere to and will love.


The guide will include 6 full weeks of workouts to help you become the healthiest version of yourself. The training location (home, gym), training split, time commitment, and training type are all determined by your preferences, goals, and what is realistic for your lifestyle. Guides come with a unique hashtag that when searched on Instagram, you will find video instruction on how to execute each exercise to ensure that you're using correct form at all times.
