Healthy Dessert Nachos

The words healthy, dessert, and nachos are used in the same sentence—do I need to say more? This is a perfect, guilt-free snack if you’re craving something sweet. It has, without a doubt, become a staple in my diet and you should definitely try it too!

What You’ll Need:

For the Chips:

  • 1 Joseph’s flax lavash bread

  • Zero calorie cooking spray

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

For the Dip:

  • 112g (½ cup) plain greek yogurt

  • 4g (2 tsp) sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix

  • 1 tbsp stevia

Toppings:

  • 12g (2 tbsp) PB fit

  • ½ tbsp dark chocolate chips

How to Prepare:

  1. Cut lavash bread into “chips” with scissors. Place a paper towel on a plate and lay the chips out so they are not overlapping. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave for between 60-90 seconds, or whenever the chips become crunchy. I usually have to split the chips up and do this in 2 rounds.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, pudding mix, and stevia. Scoop onto plate.

  3. Mix the PB fit with water to create desired consistency. I tend to add 2 tbsp of water, as I like it to be a liquid I can drizzle on the chips.

  4. Add toppings to your dessert nachos! I always add PB fit and chocolate chips to mine. Other great topping ideas include sliced banana, whipped cream, sprinkles, blueberries, etc.
