Healthy Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt

Okay, so plain Greek yogurt is like an ice cream sundae—you can create anything you want out of it by adding toppings. Plain Greek yogurt makes a great snack because it’s convenient, it’s packed with protein, and it’s SO SATISFYING.

This fall-themed bowl of pumpkin and protein is perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

What You’ll Need:

  • ½ cup (114g) plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup (120g) pumpkin puree

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp stevia

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • ½ tsp milled flax seed (optional)

  • 1 tsp raw, shelled pumpkin seeds

  • 1 crumbled graham cracker

How to Prepare:

  1. Mix the yogurt and pumpkin puree in a bowl until it forms an even consistency.

  2. Stir in the vanilla, stevia, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and milled flax seed.

  3. Top with pumpkin seeds and crumbled graham crackers.
