Banana Cold Brew Smoothie

Do you need a sweet afternoon pick-me-up that isn’t packed with artificial sugars? This banana cold brew is perfect!  Don’t drink your calories with a 500-calorie sugar drink from your local coffee shop.With natural sweetness from the banana, this drink is delicious, healthy, and caffeinated.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • ⅔ cup brewed coffee (cold)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

 

How to Prepare:  

  1. In a blender, add the coffee, banana, and almond butter.

  2. Blend until smooth consistency.

 

Total Time Required: 3 minutes
