Chocolate Chip PB Cookie Dough

Sometimes you just crave cookie dough, am I right?

We all know that eating cookie dough is not advised because of the dangers of consuming raw eggs. So I took it upon myself to create a healthier, egg-free cookie dough that’s intended to be eaten raw. This delicious snack is perfect if you’re craving something sweet for breakfast!

What You’ll Need:

  • ½ cup (40g) oats

  • 2 tbsp (12g) PB fit

  • ½ scoop (15g) Myprotein chocolate casein protein powder

  • 75 mL unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tsp dark chocolate chips

How to Prepare:

  1. In a blender, add the oats and blend until flour consistency.

  2. Blend in the PB fit, protein powder, and almond milk.

  3. Scoop into a bowl and top with chocolate chips.
