Protein Pumpkin Oats

Oats + Pumpkin = Perfect Fall Vibes

I have a huge sweet tooth in the morning and chocolate will always be my number one love, so I was a bit nervous if vanilla and pumpkin would satisfy my morning cravings. It definitely did, probably thanks to the dark chocolate topping! I craved these oats all week long.

These protein pumpkin oats can either be served hot or cold, if you prepare them overnight, and can be vegan if you use soy protein instead of casein.

What You’ll Need:

  • ¾ cup (60g) oats

  • ½ scoop (20g) vanilla casein protein or soy protein isolate

  • 1 tsp stevia

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ cup (60g) pumpkin puree

  • ¾ cup water

  • 1 tsp of dark chocolate chips

How to Prepare:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the protein powder, stevia, and cinnamon well.

  2. Add the oats. Mix thoroughly before adding the pumpkin puree and water.

  3. Once it is an even consistency, microwave for 60 seconds.

  4. Top with dark chocolate chips.
