MY FIT FALL BUCKET LIST

My absolute favorite season is upon us! There's not much I love more than the fall months in the Midwest. The cool, fresh-air, the crisp mornings and nights, the beautiful colors everywhere; It truly makes me happy just by thinking about it.

Is it just me or does it feel like fall is the shortest season of all? It seems like I wait all year for those perfect fall days, and then they pass by so dang quickly. I'm making the most of it this year, by getting a head start on my favorite fall activities!


Go apple picking.

Make something with said apples.

Go on all the hikes.

Create a more-healthy pumpkin spice latte.

Watch all the football.

Start many mornings with protein pumpkin oats.

Experiment with homemade soups and stews.

Make butternut squash soup.

Plan a mini staycation with my girls.

Actually complete a corn maze.

Go to a pumpkin patch.

Enjoy apple cider doughnuts.

Play sports in the park.

Take cute photos during peak foliage.

Have a movie night on the patio.

Carve pumpkins.

To me, a FIT and HEALTHY fall involves pleasing my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. My bucket list satisfies all of these; Lots of activity as well as enjoying some treats. Your perfect balance does exist - don't lose sight of that. ENJOY THIS WONDERFUL SEASON, FRIENDS!
