Oats—the most delicious way to start the morning! It’s not a day unless I eat oats at least once (I’m not exaggerating). There are so many options with oats; hot, cold, thick, soupy, sweet, savory, however you want, customize it to taste!
Because oats are mostly carbohydrates, I always mix in protein powder. This adds a ton of flavor as well. I’d even recommend serving oatmeal with a side of eggs and/or bacon because the extra protein and fat will keep you satiated for longer.
