Pumpkin Spice Protein Oats

High Protein | Healthy Fats | Easy Breakfast

Meet the coziest autumn breakfast! High in protein and healthy fats, it's a balanced way to start the day.


What You Need:

  • 1/2 cup (50g) oats

  • 1 scoop (25g) Myprotein Pumpkin Spice Whey Isolate

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • sliced almonds (10 whole almonds)

  • raw shelled pumpkin seeds

  • crushed dark chocolate

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • pinch of salt

How to Prepare:

  1. In a microwaveable bowl, mixed oats, cinnamon, and protein powder together.

  2. Next mix in the milk and pumpkin puree.

  3. Microwave for 90 seconds.

  4. Top with your desired toppings - I find sliced almonds, crushed dark chocolate, and pumpkin seeds make a very nice texture. Maple syrup adds a nice sweetness and a pinch of salt is always a good idea!
