High-Protein Burger & Fries Bowl


What You Need:

  • 4 oz 93/7 Ground Beef

  • 1 Medium Red Potato (150g)

  • Olive Oil spray

  • Diced Tomato

  • Diced Onion (red, sweet)

  • Chopped Lettuce

  • Sliced Pickles

  • 12g Cheese of Choice

  • 1 tbsp Ketchup (no sugar added)

  • 1 tbsp Mustard (honey, yellow)

  • Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder

*there are many other burger ingredients you could add here like mayonnaise, crunchy onions, etc.


How to Prepare:

  1. Wash the potato and puncture holes into it with a fork. Microwave for 4 minutes.

  2. Pre-heat frying pan over medium heat.

  3. Take the potato from the microwave and slice it into "french fries". Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place fries into basket and coat with olive oil spray and salt. Air fry on high for 6-8 minutes.

  4. Add ground beef to frying pan along with all the seasonings. Cook fully, until there is no pink.

  5. Flip the fries over in the basket. Spray them with olive oil and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  6. Slice and prepare the vegetables while this is cooking.

  7. Assemble the bowl: beef, fries, tomato, onion, lettuce, pickles, and cheese. Top with condiments of choice and a dash of salt. Enjoy!
