Dark Chocolate Raspberry Oats

This, my friends, is an accurate representation of what my dream breakfast looks like—a big bowl of chocolatey oats! This bowl of oats has everything; from complex carbohydrates to healthy fats and some delicious toppings to give it a bit of a crunch, this is the perfect, nutritionally-balanced breakfast. It’s quick, cheap, and so easy, too!

What You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup (40g) oats

  • ½ scoop (15g) chocolate protein powder

  • ½ tbsp stevia

  • 1 tsp milled flax seed

  • 1 tsp raw, shelled pumpkin seeds

  • ½ tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • 40g frozen rasperries

  • 1 tbsp (16g) dark chocolate almond butter

How to Prepare:

  1. Mix half cup oats with half cup water and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

  2. Stir in protein powder, stevia, and flax seeds.

  3. Top with pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate chips, raspberries, and almond butter.
