I always have a fresh batch of Pico de Gallo on deck ready to go in my fridge. I'm highly obsessed with these flavors together and it adds so much spice to a variety of dishes. Pico de Gallo is a great addition to most breakfast dishes like egg scrambles and adds a nice burst of flavor to salads of all sorts.
What You'll Need:
2 large roma tomatoes (250g)
1/4 diced onion (50g)
1 diced jalapeño pepper (50g)
4 cloves chopped garlic (15g)
Fresh cilantro
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lime juice
2 tsp salt
How to Prepare:
Dice all ingredients and add to a large bowl.
Add the juices and spices. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating for a better flavor profile!
